By using NBS Esports, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to follow event rules, staff decisions, and applicable laws.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed through your account.
- Account details must be accurate enough for tournament operations, support, and moderation workflows.
- Accounts may be limited, suspended, or removed for abuse, fraud, security risk, or serious rule violations.
Platform Use
- Do not interfere with platform services, scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, or misuse APIs.
- Content submitted to the platform must not violate rights, laws, tournament rules, or community standards.
- Public standings, match results, news posts, and team pages may be displayed as part of normal platform operation.
Events & Decisions
- Tournament details, eligibility, schedules, and prize information are governed by the event listing and staff rulings.
- Administrative decisions may be made to resolve disputes, protect competitive integrity, or correct operational issues.
- Continued platform use after changes to terms or rules means you accept the updated requirements.
